Extended oak contact and blending with a minor proportion of cabernet Franc have produced this wine of remarkable depth and complexity.

Has a bold color, an aroma reminiscent of moca and vanilla, and  flavors of blackberries and currents.  This wine accompanies a variety of braised or grilled meat dishes.

Stargazers has the characteristic color and flavors of the red wine of Burgundy - cherry and strawberry.

PQA Approved. Fermented on French oak, aged with lees stirring, this wine has tropical fruit flavors with hints of sage and vanilla.  This wine exhibits the terroir which characterizes Stargazers Vineyard.

PQA Approved. Chardonnay 100% Sun 0% Oak .  This wine allows you to taste and smell how special our site is for this white Burgundy grape without the influence of oak.  It is fruity with a  refreshing finish.  A palate pleaser especially for those who do not like the oaky tannins usually associated with Chardonnay.

Dessert Wine - Red vinifera varieties were fermented together with the addition of sugar and alcohol tolerant yeast to produce a wine of port-like strength.
