Yoga in the Vineyard

Saturday July 16 - Yoga in the Vineyard includes a 60-minute yoga practice at the winery* followed by some wine tasting and light snacks. $35 per person all inclusive. The class is suitable for everyone, from someone who has never stepped on a yoga mat, to the avid yogi (and everyone in between). Class is set in the natural beauty of the vineyard and lavender garden. It consists of a series of strengthening, toning and relaxing postures, followed by a peaceful, guided meditation.

The instructor, Jenn Keil RYT, is a certified expert who has over 10 years of teaching experience and draws from many disciplines of yoga, such as YogaFit, Vinyasa, Bikram-style and even Yogilates. She has recently opened a holistic wellness center with her husband, Gary, in Chadds Ford, PA -- the Beautiful Mind Strong Body Center (www.bmsbcenter.com) where she teaches these various styles daily. Jenn’s classes are tailored for participants of all levels and include variations of each pose.

*If there is a chance of rain, class will still be held inside the tasting room which has a breathtaking view of the vineyards.

What To Bring
Besides your beautiful soul, good friends and family, please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel and comfortable clothing suitable for yoga.
